From time to time there are Aristo-Craft Special Sales associated with particular Consumer Shows (examples of Consumer shows are the ECLSTS or Queen Mary) or a dealer's Open House*.

Not all Consumer Shows or dealer Open Houses have Aristo-Craft Special Sales associated with them.

Aristo-Craft makes final decision as to honoring Special Sales during Consumer Shows and dealer Open Houses.

Special Sales apply only to Aristo-Craft products purchased at and during the particular Consumer Show or dealer Open House. Furthermore, Aristo-Craft products must be received by the consumer during the period of the Consumer Show or dealer Open House.

Backordered Aristo-Craft products and products purchased during the period of the Consumer Show or dealer Open House but not at the Consumer Show or dealer Open House are not subject to these Special Sales.  Aristo-Craft products purchased before a Consumer Show or dealer Open House but received during the Consumer Show or dealer Open House are not subject to these Special Sales.

Receipts must be clearly marked (handwritten by dealer or sales person expectable) with the Consumer Show name or Dealer Open House. (I.e. "Products Purchased at ECLSTS"; or "Products Purchased at Dealer Open House")

Include on note sent with receipt and shipping and handling fee. On the note mention the name and date of the Consumer Show or Dealer Open House.

All Special Sales request for products purchased during a Consumer Show or dealer Open House must be sent to Aristo-Craft within 30 calendar days of the Consumer Show or Dealer Open House.

SPECIAL SALES LISTED IN OTHER LOCATIONS.

The only official Aristo-Craft Special Sales are listed here in the Special Sales sections of the Aristo-Craft Web Site, in Aristo-Craft printings and mailings, the Aristo-Craft Insider Newsletter, and Aristo-Craft e-mails. All other sales listed in other locations, publications, and website or mentioned by dealers or elsewhere are not official Aristo-Craft Special Sales.

Aristo-Craft makes final decision as to honoring sales that are not official Aristo-Craft Special Sales.

If the special sale is listed in a location other to an official Aristo-Craft Special Sales location, you can still attempt to participate in the sale.  Send the receipt to us along with a copy of the sale (i.e. copy of magazine page) with a note and appropriate shipping and handling fee. On the note include what sale you wish to participate in and where you saw the sale listed.

Many dealers operate their own "in-store" sales involving Aristo-Craft Products.  These sales are not Aristo-Craft Special Sales but sales held by individual dealers or hobby shops.  Contact the dealer or hobby shop regarding the terms, conditions, rules & requirements for any such sale.

*Open Houses for the purposes of Aristo-Craft Sales: At times various dealers will hold their own shows or special events.  These activities are typically held on weekends or Holidays and may include seminars, displays, lectures, competitions, and barbeques.
